Meet Brad

My interest in this work was shaped long before formal training, in a childhood that was at times unpredictable and confronting. It gave me a deep respect for the complexity of people’s lives and the ongoing process of making sense of them, not as a quick fix, but as something gradual, human, and deeply personal.

I have spent much of my career working alongside individuals and families in complex settings across Australia, supporting people through crisis, transition, and uncertainty. This has shaped a grounded, present approach where genuine connection matters.

I offer a calm, collaborative space where you can understand your experience more clearly and find your own way forward.

Meditation

The 'Sit Happens' series provides three easy to follow guided meditations 5, 10 and 15 minutes in duration. 

The tracks are free for you to access at any time. You don't need a special mat, cushion or incense, just a comfy chair and a relatively quiet room. 

Perinatal Men’s Health

I am keen to engage with Men and support them in their role as fathers.

To this end, I offer counselling sessions specifically for this purpose, and I am in the process of completing the work 'Becoming a Father’.

It will be available as a hard copy, audio and e-book, and also as modules available for you to download for your own purposes or as a basis for our ongoing discussions in the psychotherapy and counselling space.
